Clay Behavioral Health Center is a caring resource providing mental health and substance abuse counseling and treatment to adults, teens, children and families in Clay County. With locations in Middleburg, Green Cove Springs and Keystone Heights, Clay Behavioral Health Center’s offices are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Mix of Mental Health and Substance Abuse
